Win, obviously. The first case was flawed to the point that it was practically over before it even started, and Payne's incompetence would make winning the fourth case all too easy.

Probably f**king having trouble in case one and larry will be sent to jail.

Case 1 wouldn't have happened, because von Karma wouldn't have accepted such a flawed case. There wasn't any evidence for that case, so either he wouldn't have taken it or he would have made some up, in which case unless you could prove it was forged you'd lose.

I doubt that Mia would have thrown Phoenix in there against Von Karma for his first case, although it might have been interesting to see how she would fare against him.

Yeah, there's probably only so far you can screw with the 100% facts of a case. It wouldn't change Case 1-1 at all and Case 1-4 would probably just be made stupidly easy.
