GfM: (aaaaa- oh.)

(Later today I googled Diego Armando Maradona and learned he was responsible for the "hand of God" thing, which is fitting because that was pretty trollish and Diego is a troll. And as for the Church of Edgeworth, I hereby request Diego's role as a lawyer to be"hand of Gregory".)

You know, I always read Diego Armando as an entire name instead of name and surname, probably because of Maradona (he's actually one of the most famous football players ever).

The hand of Gregory. Yeah. :butzthumbs:

The troll hand of Gregory. Used when Edgey has gotten himself pissplastereddrunk again.

Luck: Oh, I see. I'm not so inclined with football, I had only heard the name Maradona... and "Diego Armando Maradona" but only after playing T&T.

Rubia: Hehe. That's handy.

Doing one of my hobbies: lazily browsing e-bay. This time it was "unisex gemstone necklace" or something of the sorts, and there were a lot "for healing" and so on. Came across this little fella:

You use the Feys to explain set theory in Mathematics.

From my notes:

Universal Set (U) = Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Characters

Set A = The Fey Clan
Spoiler:
( :maya: , :dahlia: , :mia: , :pearlshock: , :tea: , :iris: , :elise: )

Set B = All Feys who were accused of murder at least once:
Spoiler:
( :maya: :dahlia: :tea: :iris: )

Set B is a subset of Set A

I was temporarily thrown off while reading up on my studentliterature when it mentioned that higher courts can decide to determine a case in plenum, "meaning all judges participate". This resulted in a mental image of a bunch of AA-judges all looking around in confusion :udgey: Like yeah, that would totally solve heaps.

You watch the movie version of "Inherit the Wind" in Composition 120 and imagine Ace Attorney music playing in the background whenever there's a scene in the courtroom. (If you're at least familiar with the play... that's about 90% of it...), I may or may not have imagine the :objection: 's Phoenix Wright style as well...

I think Klavier is partly responsible for my digging of purple clothes (in roughly the same shade). A while ago I found a shirt in a thriftstore with a pointy collar and in Klavier-purple. Tried it on for that reason (didn't own anything purple until that point) and realized I really liked that shade myself. Bought the shirt. Got it into my head that I wanted purple pants as well. Found and bought a pair today. Also found a similarly purple shirt with black and silvery stripes. The colour combination spoke to me for some reason but I couldn't work out what it reminded me of until later when I realized it's Klavi's colour scheme. That shirt also had a zipper instead of buttons. It's mine now.

Returning to this thread more than a month since the last post which is my post talking about AA-characters and clothes and I'm on it again: been reading discussions about suits and stuff, and one person said "Don't be black shirt and red tie guy, or red shirt and black tie guy". My immediate thought was precisely - don't be Diego, that troll.
On the same note, never buttoning the bottom button on a suit jacket is a general rule but whether this goes for vests as well is up for debate. Personally, I think bottom buttons on vests can definitely be buttoned... because Apollo and Godot have their fully buttoned, and they're stylish as heck, so if they do it, then damnit, so will I.

Guilty of a few more...

You now own plushies of Phoenix, Edgeworth, and Apollo.

You're planning on cosplaying as True :dahlia-hair: (Aka "Dark Dahlia") for the upcoming con.

You attend a murder mystery party that your college organized, and all the suspects' names are puns... And you immediately think of Phoenix Wright.

I'm officially studying Unix at the moment. A common question about an elementary command called "who" goes: "How does who do it?"

And I reply, "Allow me to explain, Your Honor..."

I have a drawing of Apollo on my fridge, I was gonna have it there for a period of time but then I ended up never taking it down. Every now and then when I walk past the fridge and see it I blow it a kiss, it's become a habit :pshhh:

So I'm taking an online course on game design, and we were to introduce ourself and talk about what kind of games we liked and so on, and one person mentioned Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney. It's not the most obscure game in the world but I don't think a lot of people know about it here, so it made me happy. As in my heart started beating faster and I'm almost blushing, that's how giddy I still get every time I hear people talk about it when I don't expect it.

When you are asked to write stories based on 'One lie begets another' and all that comes to your head are Ace Attorney cases.

When you draw Ace Attorney characters when musing over something, and get angry because you can't draw Edgeworth's hair properly. :edgeworth:

... I play Ace Attorney too much.

My English teacher told us to write an essay about one of our favorite fictional characters and I decided to write about Godot. I put more effort into that paper than any other school project, but my teacher ended up never having us turn it in and it all went to waste.

...you're gonna say something about Phineas and Ferb and accidentally call it Phoenix and Ferb. Sure the names are close enough that it's not that weird of a thing to say wrong, but it was definitely because of AA and it just came out so confidently it took me a second to backtrack and realize what went wrong in that phrase. That would be one hell of a crossover, though.

That's pretty much what happens every time you've got something interesting to write about in school lol. If you're lucky, you can have your revenge in university when you study something you like and going to uni and writing papers is pretty much being rewarded for talking about what you like, but then that's only if you're lucky.
Have you published this paper on the forum? I think it'd be a great read!

You know you play too much Phoenix Wright when you plan on dressing up as Phoenix on your first day of law school, and your sister says she'll dress up as Maya and try to sneak into class with you!
