Well, I don't support it either, not that I actively dislike it or anything, but this is why I'm not endeared to it:
-people pair them because it's the most logical pairing in the game for Apollo which doesn't involve *gasp* incest. Pairing partly for sake of convenience/lack of options sees a bit cheap
-Well yeah, of course Vera was grateful to Apollo for rescuing her, she hadn't seen any person except her dad and Kristoph for 7 [?] years or so. It seems kind of like exploitation to take advantage of her feelings for the first non-hostile guy she gets to see.
-[and I was only neutral to both chars, so I find the pairing disinteresting, but that's besides the point]]
If I had to pair Apollo with someone, I'd have to go with Apollo/Trucy [the 'spoiler' would at least make it interesting.] Though if they make a canon pairing, I think Ema is most likely [I don't really support this either, but whatever.]
