Oh, I think Mum was around, but he sure took his sweet time finding his way to the detention center. Might have taken the wrong turn somewhere.

Reminding me that Cravat Man is a menace on the road and who gave him a car again?

...Srsly, he made the most traffic infractions in the series to date, and this is the one where Gumshoe went renegade after being fired.

Mostly AA-dream-related though. I was playing some online game and the marker was a hand holding up three fingers, which I found funny. In the game was also a family and the father looked like Nahyuta except 40 years older with white hair and a black mustasche.
Then there was something about a ufo and I jokingly said "damn bourgeois" after a dream in which Timmari said the same thing because flying saucer's according to him always have so much stuff in them.

Protecting teenagers from street thugs seems quite exciting though, haha.

Whoops, forgot to post here earlier.

Well, it wasn't an AA dream as much as an AA cameo. I had an awful dream of getting attacked by mutant lampreys/leeches and it kinda went whack when it turned into a B-rated horror movie, which I dub "Leeches on an Elevator". Ahh... I even woke up feeling sore. Summer is gone. Winter is coming.

Anyway, when it came to the elevators, of course Subby had to drop a random Edgeworth cameo when I left one of them. I think I was in a hotel lobby or airport because he was tugging along a black (yep not red) suitcase and was so out of place that I had to question what I was even watching/experiencing and he really ruined the mood - in the good way. I didn't like having to deal with leeches and being anemic.

So close, but no Freudian cigar.

So I've been walking around on sore legs all day today. Whee.

And I had a dream last night. I was once again dealing with delinquent kids... but they were actually Apollo, Klavier and Daryan as teens. And Phoenix was a concerned parent or so complaining to me to deal with them. It played like one the substories from the Yakuza games.

And as it turns out, these "delinquents" were just trying out some new motifs for their band and got a little too into their roles as street punks. They apologized for causing a ruckus, though Daryan had a bit of a grudge.

I returned to Phoenix to explain the situation and he forgave them. But he still wouldn't let Trucy hang out with them, that jerk.

Whew, typing this out on mobile was a pain. They ought to fix the response speed on the reply page.

Why thank you. Stickfigure has a knack for dragqueen names, but already established names can get... twisted. I think Polecat would be amused anyway.
Oh fudge. And the trains are always late when you need them to go the most, either to get to something important or simply because it's cold as... :(
How Klavi got his groove back despite everything being elusive: trying on whatever it was of Apollo's he was trying on and finding himself in the process.
I have morning classes too, I just don't go to them unless they're mandatory.
Ahaha. I can... see it. Like really see it. I feel like Daryan never really grew out of it.

Anything goes when it comes to dreams. That is the only rule.
I wish. I swear I wouldn't abuse my power if I were a mod...

So, uh... Why is it that all I recall is a severed bloody arm at a murder scene? I know I woke up with one arm out from under the blanket when I usually have both tight underneath... but my room is a contradictory mix of both "too cold" and "too hot". Not to mention my arm is fine; it's my legs that are still sore and they were under the covers!

Today's dream was terrible. I was basically taking a walk to my workplace (which is so far away I have to go by bus btw) and I was feeling slow and tired which was terrible. Then suddenly I had an epiphany and realised that the AA developers hinted that AA7 will be coming out, but in the form of a novel. I started rushing to work with my newfound energy, but then I woke up.

Rubia: Oof. Also I relate, that's the story of my place when winter is approaching too. >.<
SC: I hope the novel will have pictures.

Apollo, Godot and Klavier were hanging out.
Outside, they found three small black kittens all alone. Apollo and Godot ran to get a blanket for them while Klavi stayed and sat down on the ground next to them.
- One of them died, he said when Apollo and Godot came back. Apollo sat down with him and put the blanket over the other two. Godot picked the third one up and examined it closer, and saw that it was in fact alive, but barely. He held it against his chest underneath his shirt and vest to warm it up with his own body heat. And so it ended well for the kittens. :)

In an unrealistically fascinating twist, Yamazaki says "Eff it", writes up his story and submits it directly to his boss, who apparently likes it enough to submit it to a publishing company, and before anyone else can say "What's that", the novel is a hit seller all across Japan. The general complaint that fans seem to agree on, however, is how Phoenix and Edgeworth seem to basically be ham-fisted into the plot for no particular point, but the mysteries are enticing enough to cover for that.

...Sorry, I felt the need to add to that straightforward dream, SC.

Let us wallow in the comfort of our beds as we wait out the winter like hibernating bears, GM.

Yes, for kittens should be cared for and kept warm, winter or not. I couldn't help but picture Godot as a natural coffee thermos. xP

I am currently snug under the covers once again. My plan is going well. Let's see what Subby has for me this time. Hopefully not another bloody, gory scene for no reason.

Godot knows his kittens, whatever the type. And they are well next to his hot bod!
Me too. Got up, hopped into a robe, went back. Sleep well and dream sweet, Rubia. Over here it's almost 12 pm. Time for coffee.

Quite alright, Rubzy. I felt it was rather mundane anyway.

It's been a while since I've had any AA dreams really, but this reminded me of those old dreams I had about all the AA7 cases. Good times.

but my room is a contradictory mix of both "too cold" and "too hot". Not to mention my arm is fine; it's my legs that are still sore and they were under the covers!

Same, concerning the bed room/main room in my apartment. Blasted mix of temperatures. And ohh damn. >.<

Outside, they found three small black kittens all alone. Apollo and Godot ran to get a blanket for them while Klavi stayed and sat down on the ground next to them.

I felt genuinely sad when I read that.

Apollo sat down with him and put the blanket over the other two. Godot picked the third one up and examined it closer, and saw that it was in fact alive, but barely. He held it against his chest underneath his shirt and vest to warm it up with his own body heat. And so it ended well for the kittens. :)

No, it's just heretic. We should be fine.

Blast! A novel, though. That could be... interesting... or terrible...

Riight :D Trust Godot with a kitten. There's one for them each, or Godot can take all of them :3 At the very least he'll have to take that one, who was brought back from the dead just like him.

Aw, yes! :3 So precious, all of it. A little Godot-kitten. I wonder if it's the one he's holding in some fanart-pic.

Reminded me of a dream I had 2015 (first I wrote 205, then 2105), when I wrote "Godot-Kitten". "Then Godot looked a red-eyed kitten in its eyes… Which was neat, since the kitten was white without visible pupils."

Mm. It was in that dream where Lami looks an alien-kitten-thing straight in the eyes despite being blind, and they feel a deep connection.

Also cute.

AA-characters and cats! I remember one dream where Apollo and Klavi bought a bunch of kittens from hoboPhoenix, and one where Apollo and Simon were cuddling a cat, even though Simon was allergic.

Aaah! :D That's so sweet. The one with Apollo and Simon cuddling a cat, was it that one where Simon sneezed really loudly?

Poor Simon. I hope Taka gets a cuddle too, or he may feel left out.

So amid my half-asleep state, I asked Subby for an AA character. Any would do. Even the usual random Phoenix/Edgeworth plug would do. Instead, she gave me Goro Majima from Yakuza 0.

"Ah-ha, there's my usual Yakuza plug. Say, Subby, what about AA?"

And then he switched to his slugger fighting style, complete with his characteristic bat and the yellow glow as from the game.

"Um, that's great, Subby, but what about AA?"

And then he proceeded to lay waste to some common thugs out on the streets. I watched anyway, but...

"Subby, please...? Come on, Ace Attorney. Anything?"

I didn't get anything else after that. Dammit, Subby. >:(
