All the same, having everything copied somewhere else is a nice reassurance...stopped me from freaking out too badly when my comp went down.

Yeah, it's astounding how little .doc files seem to take up but given my puny hard drive, it's certainly nice. Especially because using it and Circus Ponies is what I spend most of my time using.
If it makes you feel any better, I haven't done any holiday shopping either. I'd intended to last week, but I got laid up with a really bad cold which I'm still recovering from....so now I get to do all my shopping today and tomorrow. *cue monty pythonesque monotone "yay."*

Circus Ponies is a Mac software used for organization, it basically replicates a notebook and allows you to utilize note taking formats easily (outlining and such). I use it for all my class notes.
It's probably that...there were a number of people coughing when I was out and about. It seems pretty easy to catch a cold at your local Target this time of year. >.< I actually got out pretty early and my sis and I knew what we were getting so we were in and out pretty quickly.
It sounds like your shopping went pretty well though, only two people ahead of you? That's crazy.
As for my wishlist....I'm such a dork, I'm getting the complete works of Jane Austen Hardbound and a SCA approved heavy armored combat helm. XD

I don't get rendered pictures half the time, so it depends on the image.
The only images that I usually have issues with are the images with poor image quality -- if there's a background that's no issue because I can render them fairly well or blend them in with the backgrounds.
Post it and I'll tell you if it's fine or not. :)

Nah, I'd prefer not to regularly offer the flower animation because it takes much longer to do (and make it look "right") than snow animations. I can't just copy/paste the layers from your avatar to others because some people may then request much larger graphics, so I would basically have to do it over. (Resizing would make it blurry and unattractive). x__x;

Yeah, it is a bit of a strange name, but it's a great program so I can forgive it. ^.^ I was stuck in one of those lines at Target the other day...I think I went through half the magazine rack waiting to buy my dad's gift, and I hate half the stuff they have there; I was that bored.
As I said, I'm a bit of a dork. XD but in all seriousness, I'm the smallest person in our College who does heavy armored combat, so none of the loaner helm's fit me. I'm kind of tired of having my visor slide down to my nose and having someone land a shot while I'm trying to get it fixed...and this one was sixty bucks (cheap for this kind of gear... the next one up is like, 80 bucks and it shoots into the hundreds from there.) plus it's got a really neat design.

Thanks. I'm stoked to get it. It's not brushed steel so I'm going to have to paint it. i'm thinking either silver or black, and because my personal emblem is a wolf mask, I'm going to make a sliver fox brush for a crest on the helm. ^.^ I'm stoked to get it, and I'm in the process of designing my heraldry this break....yeah, i'm totally into this SCA thing up to my eyeballs and loving it. XD
The scenario is pretty funny in retrospect, but not too much when it's actually happening.
I get kind of fidgety in line, so I have to do something. I hate reading that drivel (enquirer is probably the worst, though Cosmo is pretty bad), but it keeps me from poking the person in front of me in the back of the head or doing something equally stupid.

Yeah, I'd imagine it's one of those scenarios... I've had many embarrassing or silly moments that were only funny once it was far enough in the past.
Ha, I'm always conscious of people's radius of personal space. I dislike it when people are so close by that you can hear their breathing and such. >__<; Some people are downright rude and will not respect this radius. I once had a couple behind me that shoved their items almost along with mine.

I worked for most of the day yesterday. It was insane... the restaurant was packed, and the wait to sit down was about an hour and a half for most of the evening. Luckily, no one got too hostile with us, but one group got all huffy puffy and walked out. You simply cannot please everyone 100% on a day like Christmas. Jeez.

I just came around the corner and thought I give you a greeting, since you were investing an amount of your private time for my joy! I just want to say thanks again and hope - okay, I know it since I can read - that your thread is as famous as ever! Great job in doing sigs - even though mine is still the best.
And I noticed that you have a new signature and avatar as well - they are both epic! Mine just lost the first place to yours! You've choosen great colours and the colouring itself is even better.
I don't know if you planned it, but sometimes I see your old signature instead of your new ones. Should I be confused?

EDIT: Oh, BTW, can you put APT in big letters in the avatar? Something like your "The Vickinator" in your sig but with a solid font. Something like Arial Black (Bold). However, the APT is on the left side with Nick on the right.
