Okay, I will start on the requests later today. I really haven't had any time last week, but hey... it's vacation now! (for me at least XD) I won't promise anything, but both of the requests will most likely be done on Monday. (yes, I have a life! XD)

EDIT1: They'll both be done today, I got the ''spirit'' again to work on them... maybe because I slept quite well last night. Hehe, this post will be updated later on today. Stay tuned! (I always wanted to say that! XD) Ooh, since you can't see when this post is edited, it's on Monday.

EDIT2: Both requests are done, but I currently have upload-problems on Photobucket.. it stops uploading half through each time.

EDIT3:The Wallpaper should be up somewhere in my album, but I can't find it. I will edit this post once more if it's up.

EDIT4: Problem fixed on this computer, there was something wrong with my cache files. Ema's request is done, but it's on the other computer (since I had to scan it on that one. ._.) whilst the Wallpaper one is not done yet. It was yesterday, but I decided that I didn't like the clash with the background picture. I will post what I'd have of it now.



Have do y'exactly what want the background image to fit in, it clashes with the background. The only way I found till now is to erase the bottom part of the image, and let it fade.. but I really don't know if that's what you're looking for. Just tell me how you want it.

As for Ema's request, since I don't have in on this comp. I will already tell ya' how I finished it. The sketch is exactly as you asked me, with Phoenix/Trucy drinking tea before the tophat. Furthermore, I don't know if you'll like the avatar, but I used your advice. Thus, it looks more like the last one I made. (V2) I haven't put much effects in it at all, but that will be changeable if you feel like that's a must. Ooh, do you wanna have any sort of text in it? By the way, it's really hard to get a good colour scheme for this one, I tried picking both main-colours of Phoenix and Trucy... but I, personally, didn't think it fit that well.

I will be back later on today, I have to catch a train. I am already late.. but I really wanted to give ya' an update on the progress! .. so Ema's request will be up tonight, as for Inferno.. depends on how I feel when I get back here.

I really love how the wallpaper's coming along. It's so pretty and celestial! I don't really know how to fit the background image in though. I think your approach with cutting the bottom part of the image off and letting it fade works the best though.
It's coming along wonderfully though. I'm sure that whatever you do will look perfect!

FlameInferno, your wallpaper is done I hope you like it. :) It's uploaded as 800x600, but it will resize/keep the same quality if you put it on your desktop. If not, just gimme a call and I will upload it as 1152x864.

As for Ema's one, I can't seem to get my scanner to work... I feel so bad about it.. I accidentally uploaded the wrong one yesterday, it's a sketch I made just to get a bit more into surrealistic stuff. The scanner will hopefully work tonight again, I have called a friend whose a real technical ''wizard'' let's hope he can fix it if not, then I am afraid I have to buy a new one... it had to be replaced sometime anyway. I didn't really check what I uploaded since I was in a hurry. It was kinda weird though, since your sketch lay in front of the scanner, weird stuff. (WAIT! It is possible that the scan is in the temporary filesmap!)



It's not good I know, but it's supposed to be Phoenix and Trucy playing basketball. XD I just tried something surrealistic before actually goin' on Ema's request.

You say you're having troubles with colors - which colors did you use? Maroon and lime green were suggestions, so feel free to go with one or the other if that's what's hanging you up.

I used light grey and purple. Which might cause the problem, as I don't think I should use purple at all. Lime green you say, I will give that a go. As for Moon_pie! I will be up to your request, but firstly I am goin' to finish Ema's one for once and forever. I feel really bad about how long it takes me. I hope you can wait one/two days it should be done by then.

Thanks, Shina! Haha yeah, I don't know if am that good though. I really enjoy doing it though, and that's what matters. I don't like to rattle off requests, I take my time for them. Thus, it sometimes takes longer. Of course, when you get better things will go faster, but I try to variate methods with each request to get more experience. :) Therefore I won't start on a request if I feel that I am not up to it, since I don't want to make something bad.
