3. Actually. I only know the basis of this, and its rather basic software. I THINK it may be able to do that, since I know it has a HP screen. But I'm still looking into it. :3

6. I use Photoshop anyway, so I'll probably edit those I need. I wouldn't mind putting Jade Edgeworth in there as an extra but I wouldn't be able to do her drawings Exactly like the PW style. Let alone colour them with a mouse. .-.

Sounds like a great project! I haven't worked with sprites too much, but I have done some cell shading in the past. If you want, I can help colorize anything you need (I have a tablet so it shouldn't be too hard). Let me know if I can help any other way with this! On a side note I do suggest including Phoenix as a choice for the "frothing female masses that are obsessed with yaoi"

It may be a little bit easier with sprites... or use a program to slowly turn each sprite into... a picture. I find things easier to express with sprites but that's just me.
