Next time, try one of the mods first, rather then the admins. it's what they're there for. :P
(no disrespect to either, still...)
Euhm, Graphics look nice, but perhaps you should try something with more harmonious colors (or contrasting) rather than colors who don't really fit together.

With this one, I would make the text a color that is easier to see on the red background. Also, since you are using sprites you should really save it as .png to uphold the original quality. The only way to improve is to keep trying. Good luck with your next graphic.

hmmm, they need some work.
Harmonious colours, hmmm I think that means colours that compliment each other...
