Yes, you read right. It's Next Top Model, Ace Attorney-style!

Where can you see this awesomeness? Nowhere yet. And that's where this thread comes in.

This project is looking for all sorts of people to take part in making AA-history!

Writers, designers, animators, voice actors...all sorts of talents and interests come together in AA's Next Top Model. Think you can write some great dialog and scripts, edit the most gorgeus outfits on AA-sprites, make the most fabulous fashion photos featuring the lovely ladies of our favorite series, give a soul and a voice to the beloved (or hated) characters?

Then fill out an application and PM it to kaisap112, the current head-of-project!

So what exactly is this project looking for right now and how you can make sure you get a part and your name in the credits?

Here's the current list for Wanted:

• Writers
  -We need some writers with at least general knowledge of the Next Top Model format, skill to do drama, humor, parody, dialog...you don't have to be able to write all those at once, if we get lots of writers who can do their job well the combination is bound to be good. You should include a moderate sample of your writing (like a few paragraphs of your writing in a C-R roleplay, for example). You don't have to write 5 pages worth, but a few sentences is not enough either. We need a good sense of your skills before making any decisions.
  
  
• Animators
  -Any experience with Flash-animations, done a Phoenix Wrong clip? We need your skills! Animators have a very important role in this project. You need to be able to create animations using sprites and backgrounds, sound etc. A sample of your previous work is an absolute plus, just add a link to it or e-mail it to us!
  
  
• Designers
  -Have you played around with the AA-sprites, pictures etc. by adding them accessories, new colors and all that? Clothes and accessories are a must in a fashion-themed show. Making fanart is also good, since this projects needs some fashion photos of the contestants. If you think you can pull off a picture according to some guidelines (for example, a picture of a character that includes a certain outift, theme, background etc.) then do contact us! Naturally, some pictures of your works included in the application will be a must.
  
  
• Voice Actors
  -Know you can pull off a Dahlia-scream or do the like-like-type of talking á la Ini Miney? We need your talent! If there aren't enough voice actors, the dialog will happen with beeps, but voices always make things more fun. With the application you should provide a link to an audio-clip featuring you reading out some lines by the character you wish to act out. No sweat, we will also provide you with an e-mail address where you can send the clip you can't show it any otherwise. In case you don't sound right for the part you're going for but are perfect for another part, we'll let you know and you can go for that one instead.
  
  
• Musicians
  -A good show needs good music! Original pieces would be very much appreciated. Musicians should add a sample to the application.
  
  
• Experts
  -Do you follow fashion like a madman, read the must-magazines like Elle for fun? You could give us some pointers as to what kind of photoshoots the show should include. In this case apply for a part as an expert, guru, consultant! God knows the head-of-project is pretty clueless about international fashion, so if you want to see the right things, tell us what they are.

The previous parts are just what we now figure to be needed. If you think you can do something else that can add more quality to the show, let us know! Participating in this project can be much more or much different than just a few things. Advertising, BETA-reading, all sorts of things will be needed along the way.

So what about the application?

Here is a little draft of that your application should include. PROPER GRAMMAR IS A MUST. IF YOU USE EXPRESSIONS LIKE LOL OR USE OTHERWISE BAD GRAMMAR WHEN YOU'RE APPLYING, YOUR APPLICATION WILL BE DELETED INSTANTLY.

Feel free to add other things to your applications if you feel that they'll add to your chances. But at least these things should be included:

-Your contact information (an MSN address is preferred, for brainstorming sessions and other meetings)
-What part you want
-Why you would be good for this project
-A sample of your work (if you want to be a writer, designer, voice actor or an animator): a link to it, a few paragraphs of your writing (if you want to write) or ask for an e-mail address you can send your work to if you can't link it to us

As you can see, the application doesn't have to be complicated or long. Just make sure you get your point across (we don't want to hear about your summer vacation or any other random things, thank you very much).

NOTE: There may be some set meetings (for example: "A script-discussion through MSN Messenger on Feb. 14th at 11 AM UTC-time, all writers wanted there") that require attendance. If you have a good reason for not showing or something like that, tell us and we'll discuss it further. We try to keep everyone posted about all changes etc. through PMs, this thread and other means.

DOING NOTHING, NEGLECTING MEETINGS AND POSSIBLE DEADLINES LEADS TO YOU GETTING FIRED FROM THE PROJECT. So don't hope to get mentioned in the credits if you don't do anything. Fair Play applies here as well!

It's been quiet for now, but mostly it's because of the holidays and vacations and such.
We've got two voice actresses (three if I'll go for a part), one wants-to-do-something-person and I think the interest is rising.
