Why don't you use sprites from GS4?
I know nothing about that game, so I'm not sure which background could go with the characters. (Appart from simple court ones).

Which software do you use?
Oh, just old Windows Movie Maker, which crashes every now and then. For the images modification etc, either Photoshop or Photofiltre.

How much time does it take to make one?
From 1 to 5 days.

PW Fan Video A simple video I made for my computer class prorject. Sucks, you shouldn't watch it XD

PW Girls Singing Butterfly First actual "singing" video I made, but lip-synchronisation is off by some moments (as in Maggey).

PW Girls Singing Happy Material I actually managed to do a better lip-synch, but I made the video short since there wasn't enough girls in PW XD The fast-showing pictures and flipping pictures at the start and end were to imitate the true opening of Negima on Happy Material.
