Yeah, I know. I use paint because I don't want to download anything onto my sister's computer... She would get mad... She has a temper.

You should try working on the text to make it more readable. With MS Paint you're really limited on what you can do, but it shouldn't stop you experimenting and trying out the tools. You can still make masterpieces on paint, it will just be harder. I sometimes do mine on paint, when GIMP is down.

The Franziska signature's text, "Perfection means everything to me!" is a little hard to read because of the lines in the background. I like young Franziska's pose, though.
I like the Jacques Portsman signature.

I use Photoshop too! It's great!
Anyway, the smudge tool is... near the bottom of the toolbar. It looks like a hand, covered in a white glove. I think it's also the same butten as the sharpen tool and blur tool, though [it's not on this computer, so I can't check], so right click on the button and a menu will pop up with the names and images of tools.
Hope it helps!Your Godot signature is great... the story is written clearly and is a great summary of his life.
Edit: Here's a diagram! Smudge, sharpen and blur tool is in the bottom left corner.
