Hi, there. I have stuff to show. Graphics, videos, and stuff.

~ Radex's Signature Grab Bag! ~
Image
"Godot (Diego Armando), Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney: Trials and Tribulations"

First to call dibs, gets the signature. Give me text you want me to put etc and it's yours to use. Crediting would be nice.
Comment: As said before, another quickie. No C4D's and mostly smudging and lighting. I want to put better text placement but it's an alright sig.

I can do typesetting and I would be able to do more intense effects for *MVs (music videos) with Adobe After Effects but my computer is in no condition to be able to do that stuff. I need to upgrade it 64-bit and I need to upgrade my RAM and graphics card.
Spoiler: Youtube/Videos

My fangame trailers:

Ace Attorneys: Rising Justice trailer: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eweCGhDDzL8
Episode 1: Whipping Turnabouts trailer: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mrmMb_UD1po

I use to do signatures but I lost the files to them. I'm sad :C.

Spoiler: Signatures
New Signatures. I hope I can find my old ones from 5 years ago.

"Tonight, Under the Starlit Sky"

"GK2 Edgeworth Sig (25 min speed work)"

"Godot (Speed work)"

"Sonic the Hedgehog (Speed work *haha pun*)"

Comment: Yes, a lot of speed works, I suppose it's somewhat annoying to say and maybe even arrogant to some people, but that's simply how it is. I use an average of 12 layers per signature. And small size makes it easier to be made quickly.

"Hatsune Miku (plenty of awesome)"
Image
Comment: This is one of my more serious works with signatures. I haven't timed myself on this one and took my time with it.

I have more works, just need to find my stuff <.<. And since I will be doing more AA related stuff for the PWLib Unleashed book, I may be showing them soon. I will fix this post up in a more organized manner. So enjoy :godot: .

I'll consider taking requests for signatures *points toward mai siggy* if I do have the time. We'll see. Just leave a post with graphics, and I'll do it at my own pace.

Oh, and I do not tolerate redistribution of my works without permission.

Your signatures are brilliant - especially the Edgey ones. I'd love to see your older signatures!
'Tonight, Under This Starlit Sky' and 'Under the Starlit Clouds' are also stunning. :keiko:

Thank you :D.

And I want to show them too D: . I lost my backups to them when I restarted this computer and my even older graphics that I have done are in another computer that I gave to someone 4 years ago. I tried searching through old websites that may have my stuff <.<. Not working too well.

Meh. I remember what I did at least lol. Here's some. I started out making abstract stuff (very similar to how Midnight Jasper's) with the Tales of Symphonia characters. I used abstract brushes and 4 characters from Tales of Symphonia. The first background I made was purple. Then others I have made in no particular order: Tifa (AC), Cloud (AC and animated text, fading in and out, with animated rain), a Kingdom Hearts photo collage, Shadow the Hedgehog (animated with a movie), Goku, then two signatures that made a huge difference are the Naruto one and the Altair (and I didn't even know who he was or what Assassin's Creed is at the time). And those two were badass D: .

There's another quick signature I'm making that I will leave up for grabs. First to call dibs gets it (when I post it). :franny:

And school sucks, I'm sleep deprived <_<.

That sucks, losing your old graphics. Seeing you're 2 recent signatures make me curious about your older ones.
Midnight Jasper's graphics are very pretty, which makes me even more curious about your graphics! :redd:
How long do you usually take to make one signature/avatar/whatever?
Haha, I'm so lucky - I have so much free time, generally, even with school. I have holidays starting next week, too! :keiko:

Those speed signatures has taken me 20-25 minutes.

Vector signatures - Since a lot would be custom made, around 40 or so minutes.
Abstract signatures - 30 minutes, given the proper brushes.
Smudge signatures - Those speed signatures you saw, they are the easiest to do and easiest to blend. Around 20-25 minutes without C4D's.
Animated signatures (mainly talking about playing movies or using the rain effect) - an hour or so
As for other types of signatures such as photographs, simplistic - The range would be 20 minutes to 3 hours.

Avatars - I can do them in less than 10 minutes.

Haha lucky you, the first thing that happened in school for me, I got bombarded with 3 projects. The next signature I will do (for the grab bag, haha eventually it'll get big) will be abstract so you can see how I do them. Hell, I think I may be able to remember how to do some of my old signatures xD.

Wow. I'm clueless about vector, abstract and smudge signatures... I just make whatever :meekins:
You work REALLY well and really fast! :keiko: Have you ever made a tutorial on how you make your graphics?
What program do you use?

I AM BACK, after losing my internet for a while.

I use Photoshop; I'm currently on CS3 Extended. I have been working with Photoshop for about 7 years now. My forte I suppose would be photomanipulations.

I haven't made a tutorial, but they are easy enough to be created, I suppose I could make one haha.

Thank you, and you usually know what version your Photoshop is, just from the icon itself, it should mention Photoshop *insert version here* (e.g. Photoshop CS3 Extended).

"Hatsune Miku, Vocaloid."

I get serious with the Miku awesomeness :karma: . This is one my more serious works with signatures. Heavy use of Curves adjustments, one lens flare, major smudging and blending, plenty of use with layer properties (linear dodges, multiplies, darkens, lightens, etc.), subtle use of abstract brushes, rectangle curve tool, and two renders. I am still fixing some things, mainly the text.

I'm trying to look for the abstract brushes that I used to start out with (or close to) so I can show how I started.

Hehe, my Photoshop is just called 'Photoshop Elements Editor' but most people have CS[number] so I'm not sure if mine is the correct name. :yogi:
New graphic is VERY pretty... I especially love the colour and musical notes [is that what it is? hope I'm not wrong ><]
How long did it take you to make this?

Oh, yours is the correct name, it's basically the beginner's set Photoshop. Anything that is with CS[number] is the professional version.

Haha, don't worry, you got it right, and this one, I think an hour and 20 minutes.

Thank you :godot: .

I have offered to do the following two months ago: logos, graphics, and trailers. I require the assets to prepared in trailers (music and graphics). Assets for logos are preferable and highly recommended. It depends for other sorts of graphics. I actually was pissed that no one wanted any of the three back then especially considering there were a lot of fangames looking for help on that stuff. =_=. Anyway, I may be available, but you have to know I do things at my own time and make my own priorities lol, so basically I might be able to help, just say it, but know it's a partial gamble.

Gotta love school.
Gotta love my fangame project.
Gotta love sports xD.
Gotta love dancing.
Gotta love distractions.
Gotta love AIGE/PWLib project.
Gotta love my 10 art projects.

:godot: (lol)

Time management for the win.

Seven years worth of experience has done something that's for sure :franny: .

I could "directly" but I am more of a "you come to me if you want help", kind of person xD lol especially something like this. In a way, it's their way of recognizing that I am able to do something (points toward everyone in this topic, and nudalman for his request).

A few requests done for Nudalman. As I said with Nudalman, if you request things like these (graphics trailers etc.) you are gambling that I will do it. I could give you a blatant no, put it as my last priority, etc. It's a gamble. Signatures are easy to do and I can get them done minutes time, but other things, not all the time it'll get done quickly.

I get your point, but people might not visit your thread specifically for graphics - isn't there a request thread somewhere?

Awesome art.

There will be some grammatical mistakes or graphical errors.

Been working on night scenes of areas, did them for fun:

My fangame could potentially be out soon, so, yeah, fun stuff:

From looking at that excerpt of a tutorial, making a game seems extremely difficult. :meekins:
All the night scenes look pretty good - I think Kurain looks the best. Wright & Co Offices might have a tad too much light, IMO.
That case art is great! Edgey looks so different in blue! :jazzedgy:

Dim ceiling light ;), that was my reason for adding light from the top, it would be crazy for someone to live in a completely dark room <.<. I wouldn't say it's difficult, just time consuming. It gets easy after a while.

Kurain is my favorite too, hehe.

FINE. BROWNIES then.

Hehe. Each episode is interestingly named xD. Like Episode 1. It's Whipping TURNABOUTS.
Not Turnabout Whipping, not Whipping Turnabout, but Whipping TURNABOUTS. It's funny, Episode 2 had another name, which I will talk about in the DevDiary.

They're clues to something bigger :3. Once you play Episode 1, they will be more significant. :shoe:

Or am I just missing the bigger picture here? As my friend once put on his history exam, "Who needs history? Why live in the past when we can have hovercars?"

And who doesn't like chicken legs? Oh, and if we want to continue this weird conversation, we should probably take it to PMs. I'm starting to get really spammy here xD
