Yea, so there's so many threads that I could never find the answer I need, so I will ask away though it may annoy some of you to answer this question, again. You know how people are able to make their own Ace Attorney title art? Let's take an example, some YouTube user actually had a title that said "Charles Barkley: Ace Slammer: Dunk Destinies" with the black outline of Barkley, himself. Is there an easy way to do this or do I take the long way using Gimp or Photoshop? (If the question was answered, please direct me to the thread, and hopefully, the provided info isn't outdated.)

You actually need Photoshop, GIMP or any other image manipulation software (or, y'know, request someone to do it for you, which is valid).
