In an unknown calendar year during the events of The Shield of Justice, Phoenix Wright and Apollo Justice host a Christmas party for Trucy Wright and a very special guest. With news of a troubled Judge sitting alone in the courthouse on Christmas Eve, the Wright Anything Agency party is postponed for the evening. Phoenix and company visit the Judge, only to be met with several revelations that truly surprise. The scenario is fantastical, but Mr. Wright and his friends focus their efforts on the Judge in tandem with tackling the question on everyone's mind: Why are the holidays worth celebrating?
