I never would've thought the Magatama would work in that way, but now that I think about it... you're probably right.

Although I have never had the pleasure of reading "Death Note", here's something that happened in my country (back in 2007) that might interest you guys...

- they have recently arrested 4 suspects, who have admitted to killing him
- the only reason there was a reference to death note, was because one of the murderers was a fan of this manga....

That is pretty creepy! But I think the note 'I'm Kira' was just an addition to the crime, not a motive... I hope. *gulp*

No, it wasn't a motive... they just thought it would be funny...and mysterious... It did manage to confuse the police...
That's creepy enough if you ask me...(where having some crazy cases going on where I live...)
