I...have a new idea. I suppose it can be classified as "Crack".

During 2-4, Maya meets with Shoe the kitty and they bond. The animal feels for Maya cause cats are very empathic (I have cats at home so I know ^^). Maya realizes this and she asks Shoe to help her.

Hence, the meow at the end of De Killer's transmission.
