These poems really aren't very good, but I'm posting them anyway, because I'm slightly masochistic.
I would love constructive criticism.
Author: Jasmine Justice
Rating: PG-13 for mild language
Genre: Poem
Status: Complete, while writing new poems
Pairing: Phoenix and Dahlia, Diego and Mia.
Summary: A poem based on Phoenix's quote from Turnabout Memories-"On Dollie's behalf, I object!", a poem about Diego waking up from his coma, a Miego pairing poem, a DL-6 Incident poem, a Turnabout Goodbyes short I'm having trouble finishing, a Franziska von Karma poem, a Mask-star-Demasque poem, and three Feenris pairing poems.

Spoiler: On Her Behalf
Darkness is closing in on her
She's encircled by black suspicions
Even though she's a creature of light
Even though she's a symbol of life
You said she did the unforgivable
But it's impossible, unthinkable-
Those gentle eyes could never hate
Like that-so I have to speak up
I have to fight back
I want you to know that it's not true
On her behalf, I will object
I will defend her to the end
Those delicate hands could never kill
I don't believe you and I never will
So on her behalf
On her behalf
I object!

Spoiler: Diego: Waking Up
Coffee's black and bitter as hell
But it ain't nothin like what I felt
When I learned that
Cold cruel fact-
The woman I loved has left me behind
The woman I loathed has made me blind
And the man who did it
Is livin' happy
While I'm caught in a web and I can't break free

Spoiler: I Won't Cry-Diego and Mia
I won't cry
Because you're there
Even though
I'm in knots inside
Because you're there
And you will untie me
I'll keep smiling
Because you're there
Even though
I'm dying inside
Because you're there
And you will heal me
That's all I'm sure of
But it's all I need to know

Spoiler: I Didn't Know Your Name-Phoenix and Iris
I didn't know your real name
But I loved you anyway
We were twisted apart
By your twin's evil
But we were brought together again
By her fated fall
I didn't know your real name
But I loved you anyway

Spoiler: Gunshot in the Elevator
The thunder of the single shot
Silences the words the fighters speak
And in this one moment
Everything is changed
Fate is rearranged
Soul-shattering
Mind-battering
Destiny took a different path
From a shield is forged a perfect sword

Spoiler: I Will Comfort You-Phoenix and Iris
You look at me with those sparkling eyes
Dripping with your unshed tears and I think
No matter the tragedy I've stepped into
No matter the danger fate's brought me to
No matter that, for this is true
I will comfort you

Spoiler: Turnabout Goodbyes Short
Six years a demon
In a self-created hell
Then comes an angel
From the time before he fell

Spoiler: Franziska von Karma-Perfection
The crack of the whip signals my entry
I am the best, as you shall see
I've sought perfection and found it
The only thing worth seeking
The rest will follow it
You foolish ants will soon be crushed beneath my perfect heel

Spoiler: Mask-star-DeMasque
Light-fingered, light-stepping
Contradict the shadowy thief
A daring DeMasque dancingly descends, disguised of course.
Hide the tender heart, the timidity, behind a laugh, a mask, a cape!

Spoiler: Turnabout Goodbyes
It's the start of a brand new day
But one man won't live to see it dawn
Found dead in the lake, dead and gone
Shot by a man he didn't truly save

A plan thought up by a devil of a man
To revenge a single flaw
Now in service of the law
The truth must be found-if it can

Spoiler: Flower and Bird
A flower blows in a gentle breeze
An Iris-violet and vivid
A bird sails on the wind like the seas
A Phoenix-bright and brilliant
The Phoenix lands in the Iris's meadow
Together a vision of beauty to sow

Poetry is one of my favorite writing styles. Most of my non-PW poetry sounds really emo, though. I have a Mia/Diego poem, too.

There are two new poems up. I am now working on a Phoenix and Iris poem...

The only AA poem I've ever been inspired to write was from 5-3. I never posted it here though 'cause it's not all that great.

I Look forward to seeing what you come up with!

A new poem, again Phoenix and Iris-oriented. It was inspired by a drawing by Franzise Deauxnim.

Well, I love these poems. The ones that will be showing up in "Poems Galore" probably won't be half as good as these. By the way, your sig is awesome. Perfection is over rated. :D

I should write that down somewhere for a Franziska poem. I don't really mean it...my perfectionism isn't that bad...
Yes, I made the sig. I should find an ArcSoft PhotoStudio 5 tutorial somewhere, so I can make better stuff.

Perfection. That highest ideal, that pristine mountain summit. Franziska von Karma's quest for it is an inspiration-the inspiration for a new poem.

Well, she's not THAT young... she's 13. Then I have friends who are still 11... but then, I can't blame them if their b-days are in December. Like mine. Mine is in VERY late December, but I'm still older than them. Obviously, we were born in different years.

Sora: Okay...?

Haha, sometimes if it's too long, I don't feel like reading it... But if they're poems, I can usually read it all the way through.

I can usually read really long fanfics, just can't really concentrate on very many of them thanks to my surgery. :D
