I'm not sure where this is supposed to go, so if this is in the wrong place, please forgive me.
Hi. Me again. Thought I'd disappeared, didn't you?
What? Who am I? ...Touché.

Speaking of things that disappeared, what happened to Nenilein's story "Complete Turnabout"? It was a really awesome story! But as far as I know, she stopped updating it around 2016. What happened? Did something get in the way? The infamous "writers block"? Did Nenilein disappear?

Or am I completely wrong about this, and it's actually been continuing on some other website, and you are now looking at the screen thinking "What is this guy going on about?"
I think Nenilein used to post on this forum, so I thought I might as well ask here.

To quote from Neni's FF.Net page:

Did you quit Complete Turnabout?
I'm working on it veeeeery slowly. The problem is that the ending to "Spirit of Justice" was so terminally bad that it killed my motivation to work on the fic, from which I still haven't recovered, but I'll come back to it. Trust in it. I've gotten too far with this story to give up on it.

I actually happen to have contact with Nenilein, but I figure this is a perfectly fine answer without having to bring the question to her directly.
I was going to have a picture here, but the BBCode to resize it isn't working.

Just out of curiosity, when exactly did she write that? Because SoJ was a few years ago already, so if she also wrote that three years ago...

Not sure, to be honest, given the best clue is that the profile in question was last edited back in 2018. But when this topic started I got a distinct feeling I ought to let her know it existed. Her response was, and I quote, "knowing me, I'll probably get back to it when everyone least expects it."

So at any rate, Neni hasn't forgotten the story exists or anything. That's something?
