Here are my thoughts on the OC:
The body looks great - the shading is good, and I like the clothes design! However, I think the arms are a bit thin, especially near the shoulder/biceps. The pose of the arms is a little unusual too, as it looks like she's intentionally holding her arms away from her body. People at rest usually have arms that are a little more slack. Also, I would slope the shoulders a little more as they lead up to the neck - the neck looks a bit long and the shoulders look a bit flat, so it might help to slope them up a bit more, thereby cutting down the neck. If you're concerned about shading, the neck/upper torso area could be shaded a little more. Especially the neck, which I think might look better with a stronger indication of a shadow right under the chin and at the sides of the neck. I have no idea what you'd do with the upper torso area, but it's the largest area with flat color. The collarbones should probably be further apart and a bit further down; those are usually a good place to start shading, since it's the most dynamic part of the upper torso.
As for the head, I'm guessing you made the eyes pretty far from the nose intentionally/for stylistic purposes (I think Vera Misham kind of has that look going on, though her nose is a little bigger), but if you wanted to have more shading there, you could: 1) shade under the bangs, 2) darken the areas around the eyes/nose or 3) raise the cheekbones a bit more (I can see that you did some shading on the viewer's right side of her face - you could make that more pronounced, especially near the edge of her head).
Anyways, these are all just suggestions, and I don't really know that much myself besides what I've seen from looking at other sprites and from drawing human figures in pencil. I'm figuring you made a lot of choices because that's how you wanted the character to look, not just for the character to be "realistic," so don't sacrifice your style because of my nitpicking
I want to especially commend you for the hair - I definitely think that's the hardest part to edit, much less make from scratch, so that's really impressive!
