Changed my mind on the 'making new topic' thing. Anyways, my sprites will be coming, erm, soon... er. If you guys can have patience, that is :sawit:

... Oh yeah, and erm, ignore the comments that were from the first one, to the "please see the update on top :(" parts, they were from about 2 or 3 years ago.

Well... they all look good, except for one part in most of them, the hair. The shading looks pretty weird, in all of them. I'm not an expert on hair, but try comparing it to the canon characters, and you'll see what I mean. And for Karrie Mi, well... she is using a tie that isn't connected to the rest of the clothing, and her skin on her chest needs more shading and detail. Besides that, it's a pretty good start. I hope what I said I was useful to you.

yeah, it is. And I thank you for that.

Also, I would try to take out the tie... (hopefully I won't screw up.) And I think it's quite too late to change the shadings of the hair but you wouldn't mind, would you? :yogi:

besides, I'm pretty new to the whole "making-phoenix-wright-characters" thing :yuusaku:

Trust me on this, even though I dont make PW sprites, the hair is very important and makes the difference between a great and an good character. You should probably make their hair over, use a few more colours than two.

Other than that, I would say these are quite good.

Is there at least a tutorial on phoenix wright shading? (starting to get really ticked on trying to do the shading :edgeworth:

Well, I'm not sure if there is a tutorial anywhere... you could always try to find things in the "Need to know how to make sprites" topic, which is right on the first page. Well, to tell you the truth, when I began trying to make hair for my custom OCs, I tried to compare with canon characters and with other people's work, so that I could have an idea on what I was actually doing. This takes time and practice, but I'm sure you can do it.

Okay, I finally get how to do the shading, but it's already too late to remake the sprites. My apologies if the shadings on the characters suck and/or if it's too late to redo the shading. :payne:
