It's gettin late here so I won't be up for long messing with it, but here is something I got
Now my goal is it make it a higher quality, and reduce the filezise, but I need mess around more.
This was done in adobe flash BTW, but there are better methods of making a SWF a proper gif, just don't feel like doing it tonight, check back tomarow XD

You need to adjust your .gif settings, depending on the program you use. You've got a dither on which is causing your sprites to look like that. I'm not sure where the index settings are in GIMP since when I make webgifs I use Photoshop, but you need to turn off the dither. Also, use GIMP or Photoshop to make .gifs.
