Any advice.. Umm, resize using Rotsprite (it's linked somewhere in this thread), then recolor BEFORE you work on smoothing things out. Otherwise you might have to do more tweaking afterward. Godot's a lot cleaner though, so it wouldn't be as much of a problem as it was on April.
No real reason; I just opened up put her next to Alita, and tried different sizes till she looked about proportionate. I imagine you'd blow Godot up less, since his sprite is bigger to begin with.
Be sure to show me the finished product~ n_n

well...he's a witness and he will be at the clinic when you meet him, his characters suppposed to be arrogant but has the smarts to back it up, he has a habit of yelling at a person when proven wrong (which i thought would be the perfect time to have the cane...hed be yelling waving around his cane as if he was gonna hit somebody),has a picture on him which he likes to look at when angery...usually calming him down, although I havnt come up with a name for him (him and plenty of others D:)
also...the reason behind brushel not having any buttons...his tie blocks them from view xD

After a great deal of confusion (since I animate with Jasc Animation shop, which... looks nothing like animating in Gimp and uses fractions instead of milliseconds) I did it more like yours. I think my biggest problem was actually the order I used the mouth frames in. Also, I made the frames fast since I hated how they looked. XD''

I apologize for being like this, but...something about his shoulders in relation to the neck and head seems off...I know he's slouching, but...I dunno.
But he looks great other than that! I especially admire the hair. Of course, I've always been a fan of great hair on characters. As I've always said "without your hairdo, you're only half-dressed".

I think I need to move the straight arm's shoulder up; that's the arm holding the cane (it's his left leg that's mangled). The raised one is supposed to be on his hip.
