Yeah, it's sad to hear you're leaving the spriting.
You were one of my inspirations, you were my "role model" (is that how is it called?)
Without you I probably wouldn't started making sprites. (and yeah, I enjoy making sprites :D)
I hope to see you back on spriting some day.

Well, sad to see such a genius spriter to stop his work. You really are one of the most talented ones around here. Hope someday you're going to revive this thread with fresh and new works.

Thank you for sharing with us CAPCOM quality sprites, which would have been nothing without your modesty, perseverance, or the way you were always looking to improve. Ahh it's a shame Ceres has stopped. Was always entertaining seeing the next masterpiece he created. Oh well it's not like he's left the site still got his fun self plus maybe some people will produce a decent edit of his sprites though somehow I doubt they'll match in quality but who knows.

Ceres, you have made an awesome job with those sprites, as everyone has said before: you are the best spriter in court-records, no dobut about that! :D You have helped hundreds, and inspired thousands, with your dedicated spriting techniques, and it is something really sad to hear you're "retiring", but i hope that you will come back in the future, when GS5 gets released, and you will then surprise everyone with the majesty of your spriting once more, until then, farewell, you are a leyend now, and as it is said: "A hero gets remembered, but leyends never die." It should be obvious since everyone has said it, you will be missed by everyone here, and i'm sure they won't let your works stop here, following from where you left they will edit the sprites you gave us to try to understand what is it that you do to make them look so awesome, and so they will try to get as close as they can to your spriting skills to show that what you made possible can keep going. And as the fact of you retiring, i won't get in your way, but i will say: I just felt the need to say something that would move you...since everyone has shared their thoughts in different ways, i figured i would do the same, and i decided doing it like this XD In any case, that's about all regarding this matter that lingers around in my mind. Ceres, you are a spriting God, i hope to see you come back soon, or late, but nonethless, i WANT to see you come back, okay?

I got bored the other day, and photoshop was open anyway. Sooo, I tried this sprite making thing again. First up, an old Phoenix's Dad Wip. (too lazy to finish it) And, some random chef. BIG ASS NECRO. Phew, Haven't been here in a long time. And no, I haven't made sprites since my departure. I doesn't help that whatever sprites I was working on before I left were deleted a long time ago. But I managed to piece these together from my old photobucket/dropbox account. Though I recall one fellow really ranting and raving about the new 3D format of the new games because it would mean there wouldn't be new material to sprite with. I mean the guy was going nuts think he was even asking for us to tell Capcom to make them in 2D
