Anyway I was able to make a pic (with an awesome Naruto character creator) of what kind of clothes I need for that Machi sprite. I'd be very thankful if you made it for me.
I think you can use an Apollo body and recolor it that way or I don't know what else. Remember the full moon necklace.

The shading on the arms is referenced directly from the Gant sprite, and the body is shaded like any suit-wearing sprite in PW...
I think it's a great sprite, personally :) I think the hand size is fine, but maybe it's outlined in too dark of a color so that it stands out more? I wouldn't have noticed it if other users hadn't pointed it out, though. I think the face is especially impressive, though!

One problem though, the sling. The way it's positioned makes it look like his coat is heavily starched or made out of wood or something XD It should be closer to his skin. Where his wrist bends, that should be where the sling is.
