You seem to forget, Ceres' older Phoenix was made from Bobstarksy's (spelling) phoenix. After Bobstarksy came back it becamse clear that Ceres had pm'ed him but with no response. This is the same thing basically. Ksunwoo has given credit for those he's used the sprites of.
I have no issue at all with art sprites, as you may have seen I've made one.
I'm not saying I agree with using other people's sprites, I'm just trying to show the argument from the other side.

I don't think ksunwoo6 is at fault here, because the term "sprite theft" would imply that he had criminal intent. As he attempted to contact the owners to request permission before using their work, I doubt that it is his intention to steal or pirate the work of these artists, which would mean to wrongly take credit for their work.
Clearly, were it possible, he would have first obtained permission for the original authors, and as it stands he has made sure to fully credit them. I do not believe that his behavior constitutes any crime which may be defined as "theft".
