Okay, to make up for it, I will upload a sprite that I'm still working on.
Only the head and arm will make the final cut:
As you can tell, it's Analiesse in her aide mode! And in the final, there will be no background!
Also, if you haven't heard, I want to enter the OC contest. Which sprite should I enter? (I will make more poses, etc.)

Other than this inconsistency, she's really good! You could do with a few more shades to make it tidy but she's quite nice at the moment. ^^

First of all, thanks you for the nice comments :)
Second, you and Looby are right, her head is tiny because she is a small person. But as you pointed out, she is way bigger in her aide sprite. That is the reason that the aide sprite is a literal pain in the butt. However, I will thankfully be completely redesigning her body after I noticed the same thing :P
So yes, I will be resizing and reshading the sprite. But, thankfully, I made the head the same size, which will save me a ton of trouble.
Yeah, proportions are not my forte.

Okay, not much of an update, I just wanted to show you guys something I'm currently working on. And no one (Except GantStare) commented on my new sprite yet.
Okay, the sprite I'm currently making is Andrew Flint, your mentor in my fan game. So I will present it to you with... A mediocre tutorial I'm working on! It's not even much of a tutorial, but it might be neat to see how I create some of my sprites. So here it is. Steps, 1-5, Part 1: The Body.

...in my opinion the head is to small for the large body it looks a bit weird, also a smaller point is the hard shade contrast in the colors of the shirt and jacket well but maybe I'm just picky

Maybe it's 'cause of his moustache or something, I don't know...
Anyway...There's no flaws really in them,
so...

You should move the head up quite a bit because as you look at it now, if the beard wasn't there he'd definitely be a no-neck.

- The hands, especially the left, look awkward. The left one looks unnatural, I think if you changed the thumb a bit it would look better. His eyes also look different in here than the other two.
- I don't know if it's because of the lack of glasses, but he looks stoned to me.
