One thing that gets on my tits with animations is when people do blink talk blink talk D8 Open an official sprite in Gimp and look through the frames, you'll be able to see how you should layer them.
ANYWAY apart from that and the dots, good job =P
I like that Terry Fawles one, he looks kinda sweet 8D

Nice OC's but the hair of the Judge is a bit blurry I think...did you just tune the tone? But still really good starts
I personally adore the smiling Terry that's some how sad and friendly at the same time really lovely work
manly jean is okay, laughable but I would suggest to use other colors than 000000 black because lighter tones are better for shading I think is suit(?) would be better with some shade but it's a nice piece anyway

About the judge thing: I had to make it smaller because the judge sprite is smaller than the regular sprites. I used RotSprite to do it, so it looks a lot better than my first try (just resizing it in Paint.net)
It still doesn't look perfect I know :D
And Capcom could have at least made Terry look happy in one of their sprites...
(well, not that he has any reason to be happy...
)

Don't take me wrong when I say I lol'd at that sprite; it's not like I didn't like the others. :D I especially liked the Gumshoe one, although it seemed weird that the hat had a different colour than his cloak.

I thought the hat was darker in the other Gramarye sprites too, but now I checked and yes, they're supposed to be the same.
I'll change it later
