The height is now OK, but your sig is combicined still 250

Try adding the Iris one the upper right corner of your sig,
and then breaking the pic into four peaces.

Well it isn't bad at all, but try making her head bit rounder so it won't be that egg-ish.

In other words, 70 pixels smaller than your avatar.
Like looby said, the whole sig should be 600 x 200,
whic would be four blocks with the height of 100 and width of 300 at max.
