I still have 1 more pose (her objection) to do, then that's it!
I might release other things later down the track, but for now, Here's her close-up (Check the album for the blinking version):

(I might make active mood matrix alts for her when I eventually make the sprite sheet.)

That's just perfect! :will:

Hey, that's great! Nice to see some more Athena :)

Only the objection pose left? Are you not going to do the pose where she is holding her right fist in her left palm?

I think he means of the poses he planned out. I'm sure he'll do the rest at a future point, like the one you mentioned and her alternate desk slam.

No. It's too much work and I know how much I put stuff off. I could make a "pack 2" down the track with her head nods and shakes and those other poses etc. But Athena has too many poses :beef:

Wow. :udgey: That is a lot of poses to make. And I know this isn't even all of her defense bench poses.

Not to mention her one-offs like posing as the Phoenix Statue, which no one'd ever need.
I take a long time making each pose to keep them of higher standard. I'm not good enough to pump these out. If I could I definitely would :will:

Quite some stressful work for you, I guess. Probably will take one whole year to finish it. Also, I can't seriously believe there would be 4th-Wall breaking animations on DD.

That is if I did all of them. But I'm not :shoe: Just her objection pose and I'm releasing the set.
(I might reupload what I've done entirely to fix positions and timings etc.)

You'll be forgetting a few important poses, then: Hand on Document and the Tensed/Sweating pose. The second one is very important, by the way. :sadshoe:

I know, but I've already said why I'm not doing it.
If you want, you can use the same colour palette and anti-aliasing style I used and make them yourself (To keep the sprites consistent) if you need those poses. I'd be happy to credit you and add them to the set.

They look great! I'll add them to the album soon! (I'm watching Eurovision at the moment :shoe: )

EDIT: I've added Shiro's Athena pose to the album and Backburner's Ryuu pose to the Ryuu album!
(I hope you don't mind, I touched up both, and adjusted the timings to be consistent with the album for both)

I made a little test with the animations in AAO:
http://aceattorney.sparklin.org/player. ... l_id=18998
(I don't really like their new trial editor. It's too buggy and I wish we could still use V5...)

Probably because I didn't publish it. I'll figure out how to. If not, never mind then. Once I've made the Objection sprite I'll post the timings for the start-up poses so people can use them in AAO.

Huh? Is this just me, but don't you think Athena's Contour-Chin-Maybe both are abit short in size? :eh?:

Plus, are you sure the screen is showing the M-MX (mood matrix)? It doesn't seem to look exactly like the one during M-MX mode. It sometimes confuses me as if Athena is showing the main menu of a Tab she owned via multimedia projector rather than the Widget Locket system.

Not meant to be blunt, but you guys really need to cleanse away the flaws before celebrating. :youngmia:

Although I'll have to say this: Your spriting methods/skills are cool. Quite. :jake:

--

Edit: Came back to say one another thing- The tense pose is good, but because of the contour-whatever being short in size, I got confused that in the MMX screen pose, that if it's a neutral gendered Athena Cykes pose. XD

It's not! That's how her screen looks like when she's just using it to look at some information or documents. It also looks like this when she uses the MMX if I'm not mistaken.

Hahaha! There may be some errors when I'm tracing. Iunno.
I'll leave it to Mij to correct the minor things for me :bellboy: since I only have the weekends to sprite, it's pretty rush for me.

@Ace. There are 2 types of screens when Athena's at the DA bench, the standard desktop (that Shiro did) and the one with 3 generic evidence photos (Of like a dark street, an outline of the victim etc... ) That's too minor to worry about, so Shiro's generic screen works best. The screen that shows the mood matrix only shows when the camera switches to co-council position.

@Shiro. I'll help touch things up as best as I can! You did some great work, so it'll only be minimal.

@Back. No worries! I just fixed his right arm as you used an older version of the sprite as a base.

Wow, I didn't think people were so close to finish the Athena set of sprites.
Shiro, I think your sprites are good, but they needed some touches to be in line with Mija and Rajin style of shading, I myself give them some touches, hope you don't mind.
