... And this is just me, but I think Pearls would look a lot more like Dahlia and Iris when she's older, since they're sisters.
LawfulMagician has the right idea. Pearl wouldn't look like Trucy at all. It doesn't fit. She has many similarities to Iris and Dahlia, even at a young age (mannerisms and small basic facial structure details.). Have a look at my sprite page to see my GS4 Pearl. There's a link to the spriter (DeviantArt based) that gave me the inspiration for it.

EDIT: There's an annoying white particle that rises behind Plucy's (Pearl+Trucy) left pretzel hair do in her second animation.

I just use paint and photoshop, I find it easier that way, also an update!
