Step 1: Paste it into Gimp. Use the Colour>Hue saturation window to chage the colour of the gradient.
Step 2: Paste the art in the boxes and the logo on the spine.
Step 3: Put a white to Transparent gradient on the front cover bit from the bottom to about halfway up.
Step 4: Put your logo, the "Teen" thing and the "Capcom" thing on in the right places.
Step 5: Add a back cover.
Voila! Your very own boxart!
EDIT: the Hue Saturation thing dosn't work, so add another gradient instead.
EDIT: Actually, It does work. Silly Jibber.

I'l find a place to host the psd file somewhere.
Also, I work with photoshop-only layer proporties with this, and no, not even Gimp will read them correctly.
And it's too much of a hassle to try to recreate it in Gimp, So if you don't have Photoshop, well...though luck.
