It's kind of obvious in the second sprite where the original hair stops and your work starts. Hair isn't always an easy thing to do with these sprites, so I commend you for the effort. But otherwise, you did a great job on the first three sprites; I can't see any signs of overlapping--a common problem when the parts of multiple characters (or parts of multiple poses from the the same character) are used.
As for the fourth sprite, there are a few serious flaws, some of which I had to learn to fight off with my own Lana sprites. The first flaw is the gold line on her jacket. It works with her original brown jacket because it's relatively easy to transition from brown to gold without looking ugly. I'd suggest finding shades of pink to replace the gold lines--they really stand out when left alone. Moving on to the hair, there are no signs of overlapping, with one exception. Her skin isn't shaded at all in the area near where her hair ends. Admittedly, I don't think pink works too well with Lana to begin with, but if you can do something about the hair (possibly sticking with the original style and recoloring it pink), you might actually pull it off. Another possibility with regards to why the hair seems so out of place is because of the shape of Lana's head when compared with April's head. I'm not completely sure if that's the reason, but it is a possibility.

I'll always love you, Max.
