So, let's say you're like me, and you make fan-animations with Pinnacle studio. The process I use to make my videos is fairly complex and takes a lot of time, but I found a way to speed things up!

In this tutorial we're going to turn this

Into This

Unfortunately I don't have time to post this tutorial at the moment, I will add the tutorial later though :)

Alright, this is for photoshop elements, so if anyone's interested in any similar programs that have the same functions it's probably the same.

Step 1: Download your GIF From court-records.net (or somewhere else, but this place is the most complete I've found)

Step 2: Download your background. (from anywhere really, but courtrecords.net has the backgrounds as individual images)

Step 3: Open up both the background and gif in photoshop (or your equivalent with similar functions)

Step 4: In the GIF image, select all the layers, then click on the "move" tool.

Step 5: Use the move tool to drag the whole animation over to the background. Let Photoshop 'snap' it into place on the background image. If you haven't resized the background or gif any, it should be perfectly centered. If you need to move it around a little go ahead.

Step 6: Turn off all frames of animation and make the first frame of the animation visible.
Step 7: Save the Picture as something easy (like Thinking(a)Frame 1) to remember or at least in numbered order. Save it as a PNG or other non-animated format.

Step 8: Repeat steps six and seven for all frames of the animation.

Step 9: Now open up all the frames of animation with the new background.

Step 10: On the last frame of animation, go to layers and right click the background. click "make layer from background"

Step 11: Use the move tool to drag this layer on top of the second to last frame of animation, since the background images are the same size, they should snap into place directly on top of the other layer.

Step 12: Repeat step ten and eleven for all frames of animation, make sure you go to select all layers before you use the move tool to drag the other frames of animation onto the next one.

Step 13: Once you have all the layers lined up, check to make sure they're all directly on top of eachother.

Step 14: Go to file and then go to save as and save it as a gif, or you can go to save for web, which automatically chooses the gif format. I prefer save for web because it allows you to set a delay between each frame.

Step 15(optional): Download and install the totally free file conversion program called format factory. And convert your new GIF to whatever video format you want to use in your project. :3

And that's how I did it, I'll add pictures if anyone wants me to, but it's pretty self explanatory don't you think?
