Colors are pretty much to close for eachothers.
That, + the truth that it doesn't look like his shirt has any lines anymore....or jacket...
So....Overall:
- Bit work needed, but it is, however, a good start.

The main area where the colours are too close is the area under the jacket (is it the shirt?).
Other than that, it's not bad. Even though I can't imagine Klavier wearing that.

The inside shirt seems to be a bit bright.

More on the way, this time I used different tools on photoshop, so I hope this one's better.
and I had a palatte. damn my lack of first grade spelling skills
and BTW can anyone tell me how to make the backrounds transparent? I've tried on photoshop, but I end up with excess erasing!

I forget where, but somewhere on photoshop there'll be a setting called "Tolerance". Change that to 0, then use the magic wand tool on the white areas.

Word of advice:
- Don't use black to anything else than to eyes, mouth, and outlines.
If hair is suposed to be black, use dark grey.

oh I never pasted her hand back on over the curls
but she is holding a candy cane, and then yeah, that's really the only thing about the arm, unless you're talking about where I recolored the shawl... that was a photoshop setting so yeah.... LOL thanks for your help though
