I'm currently working on a BItmap Font of it... If you want, I can give you the image of the text you want when I'm done or just the font itself.
As for the actual cases, I looked through court-records directory and I didn't see any other images of it...So, if you really want em, you might have to go looking a bit. Unless someone else has em.
