My first OC!

Name: Jack Ensaque

Name Origin: "Ensaque" roughly resembles "In 't zak", which comes from "In 't zak gezet worden", a Dutch phrase that means "being scammed". Jack kinda rhymed so yeah...

Age: 25

Ocupation: (ex) Con artist

Background: He was the leader of the group of con artists Wellington from case 2-1 was a member of. But when Wellington confessed his crimes and told the police everything about the group, he had to run from the police during a raid on their hideout. This involved jumping trough a window, thus the cuts on his body. Since he's the only remaining member of the group that hasn't been caught yet, he is constantly on the run from the authorities.

Sprites used: Larry for the jacket, Tigre for the motif of the shirt, Acro for the head and Von Karma for the hair


Hector Bank

Name: Hector Bank

Name Origin: "Hector Bank" comes from "Rechtbank", which means "court" in Dutch. Bank is also the last name of Ford Prefect from the "Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy" in the Dutch translation (he's called Amro Bank).

Age: 30

Occupation: Judge

Background: Hector Bank is the grandson of the Judges brother. He is, continuing the family tradition, also a judge. He's the son of his daughter though, so the Judges name is still a secret...
His first case was the case of the Ensaque con artsist group. (yeah, I'm bringing a little connection between my OC's).

Sprites used: I only used characters who only have a profile pic for the head: Gregory Edgeworth as the base, Jack Hammer for the eyes and Ackbey Hicks for the hair (as you can see, I made the eyebrows myself. For the body I used Turner Grey's outfit and de Killer's bowtie.

Drew with black hair, in a tuxedo :uh:. I used de Killers butler outfit for this one

Fixed the shoulders and the green pixel on the button

This was a fun one, I used Trucy's hat and Zak's body. As for Gumshoe, I used the one without the coat. My original idea was to take Zak's recolored cape en put it on his body, but it wasn't possible because of his arms. I think it still went well though, too bad I'm not skilled enough replace the "Z" on the belt with a "D" :sadshoe:

A younger version of Shelly de Killer, I used de Killers body, head and nose, Matts hair and eyes, Lana's mouth and Diego's beard.
The left side of his hair is actually a mirrored version of the right side, I had Matt's emohair at first but that made him look like an older Matt, not a younger de Killer

Version 1.2

I tought he still looked to much like Matt, so I used de Killer's eyebrows on this one. His hair is a little better on this one too.

Yeah, I think he looks...weird in some way? I just can't get his left chin the right way because the monocle that was there before

Version 1.5

Changed the nose, and I tried to work the wrong chin away by giving more of a beard.

Just a test too see if I can use the paintbucket for recoloring instead of selecteing and changing the hue.
It works, but only for PW era characters.

No way! Actually, they're pretty good! The only one that might need a little bit of work is Young DeKiller. The sides of his face near his chin are off just a little bit. Just even it out and it'll be perfect.

Anyway, I like Diego's new hair. The top of his head isn't really big enough but he looks suave.

I gave him more of a beard so that fixes it a little, but it's still not perfect

His forehead is to small indeed.
I don't know if I'll fix it, that Diego was just a test to see if I "could do it".

I did have some funny five minutes with the Super Manella.

Nothing bad to say 'bout Gumshoe, unfortunantely :D
Except...Next time remember to change the skin tone on his arms to match the one on his face.

@Everyone: Thanks

@Zinle: I did change the arms color, but I took the colors directly from Gumshoes face, so maybe it doesn't fit. You never get to see his arms in any sprites so I wouldn't know how they look like.
And for the D/G, I tried it, but it looked bad. Then I tried to put a police badge on it, but that looked bad too so I gave up on it :sadshoe:
But thanks for the tips :godot:

Also, Gumshoe as magician makes sense, since he wanted to be a wizard when he grew up :gymshoe:

They should look more like a line. You could have blood coming out if you want but it shouldn't surround the cut. It should leak out of the bottom. If you fix the scars it will look fantastic!

Yeah, forgot blood isn't really pure red but more brownish red...

If you want to make it look like scars just use brown tones like in Engarde's sprite. D=

If you want to make it look like a cut though, you should probably use the darkest color where the cut's supposed to be and then add blood to the whole thing..

Ugh, wounds are tricky...

The cuts are supposed to be halfway healed, so without blood coming out of it (I will have to redo the clothing too to make it look like the wounds are fresh). I could use that scar desing to make another sprite were the wounds are healed, when I have the time for it :D
