Also, none of my sprites will be animated.
These sprites are of Ururu Tsumugiya, a minor character from Bleach. I roleplay as Ururu on Gaia. I made these using Pearl sprites. It was difficult to edit those darn robes, but I did it! Thanks to my friends who helped with the hair!

Your shading is done pretty well.Although,it probably needs to either be made transparent(preferred), or you could change the background to say,orange where we can see her shirt better.

I apologize for my long absence.
Also, to those complaining about the white background on my sprites, I don't know how to make images transparent. All of my sprites are made in MSPaint, and I don't know where I can go to make the images transparent...

In terms of removing backgrounds, GIMP is a free and incredibly easy way of doing so. There's some tutorials and links to tutorials stickied at the top of the section.
