Also, I'm not sure how ImageShack works (I use Photobucket myself), but you should be able to put the picture directly into the post by using the Img tag and the direct link that may be supplied with the picture (This really needs to be put into the FAQ or something)
Anyway, keep going with your spriting, apart from the quality, it's pretty good.

Also, did you save it straight from MS Paint or whatever you used to recolour the sprite? Because I find that a program like IrfanView helps preserve the quality of the image.
