The ever classic OBJECTION!Groucho Alfred Magmarx was born a smartass, a wise-cracking comedian. It was rumored that when he was born, when the doctor smacked him on the fanny, baby Groucho Magby smacked him back.
He always loved comedy, especially side remarks. At school, he was always ready to verbally attack the school bullies and cretins, but never the innocent. Nerds, outcasts, the average students, and even a lot of the popular kids loved him, for he was never just an insulter, he was a judger of good people and a smiter of bad.
All his life, Groucho believed in justice. He hated humor that hurt the innocent, he wanted bad people to suffer humiliation and pain. The courtroom for him was that kind of place, it was where the truely guilty would be captured in their lies and hauled off to jail for punishment; the innocent would be cleared, and free to live their lives again.
Those were the two feelings of elation Groucho wanted: one was to get a filthy criminal locked up, and one was to find the evidence that would prove who was truely guilty. He had no intention of keeping a record or fighting and belittling a defense attorney (unless of course, they deserved it).
So Groucho entered into the law business, and he was quite the student. Teachers kept telling him, "You cannot call the judge a fathead," which became a bad habit for Groucho when the practice judge would not accept what he said when he knew it was obvious to all others (it usually was, for some reason, judges just don't get it). With verbal gusto and a sarcastic bite, he was ready to practice law for real now.
He also has master training in defense against people wielding fresh fruit.

Quote -
“But I loved him... I’m innocent... please believe me...”Suspect in Turnabout RelationshipsGender and Age - Female, 23
Profession - Full-time supervisor at a major bookstore.
Physical Description - She is incredibly, naturally sexy. She has asian and caucasian features, her hair is pitch black, and her green eyes illuminate her face. She was wearing a purple tank top, red shorts, and black boots.
Summary - Claims to have dated and loved the victim, and also that she is a lesbian. Regular at the club where the murder was committed. Was arrested for evidence found in the crime scene.
Is she guilty or innocent? It will depend on the defense and prosecution in the trial. Just remember not to judge someone by the emotes! (And in case you're wondering about the bloody fist, just imagine if you became so mad that you clenched your fist hard enough to draw blood, especially if you had long nails.)
