1) I'm only just getting used to editing PW sprites.
2) I have a knack of over-doing or under-doing shading and then it ends up looking crud.

I found the same problem of the shoulders in Gina Oro's sprite. Another flaw I see on it is that the shading on the sleeves looks pretty strange. Try looking at other sprites to have an idea on sleeve shading. Oh, and she also looks too small in comparison to her in-court small sprite.
As for Black Snake, well... I haven't got any ideas for him, actually.

Hm, yeah, I guess you're right. Gina's shoulders are still a little too closed up, but then again that may be to do with her pose, as her shoulders are brought forward slightly and so may look closer together. Yeah, I realise that, but I guess I just kind of wanted to get at least one full sprite up for people to look at. I'm going to go back and see what I can do to improve it, probably a little more blending of the different shades... Maybe.
Also, I now I need to add in her shawl. As you can plainly see it's on her in-court sprite but not her full one. That was just a silly mistake on my part.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I am really dreading getting to work on Black Snake because there is just so much to include, but luckily I won't have to animate any mouth movements as he wears that mask... All the same it will probably take me ages, yeah.

(Nothing here is final and is more or less a rough copy!)
Okay, yeah it's Daryan mixed with Diego and a bit of Apollo for those bangs. All I need help with is: What I should do for the rest of his hair?
None of the colours are final, but I really want to sort this out. Once I know what his hair looks like I can draw out the Box Art for the Sprite Comic I'm making staring him. So, the sooner the better!
Any ideas!?

I got a couple of ideas for him but first i would like to ask your permission to show you my ideas
if you like them you use them to edit the OC to the way you think it looks better to you
, of course only if you give me permission (sorry for my bad english , im still learning)

For the CyberGoth dude, think his last name should be 'Gotica', because thats spanish for gothic. His first name could be Cyan, a play on the word Cyber.
So Cyan Gotica? IMO, it's a pretty dumb name.

Acctually... I kind of like that! Looks pretty stylish.
The hair looks pretty good, although I think I may want to change the colour of it: something a little different, maybe... Actually that goes for the whole colour scheme, as it's still not final, but anyway.

well actually i like the goth style too, i was wondering if you can make a street magician front sprite using apollo head, , body with the trucy cape and hat, the colors would be black and white, and some makeup un the eyes .

Well, it's been a while, but I'm back.
I kind of took an unschedualed break from the site and couldn't find the time to check back. I've had a lot going on, so spriting had to be put to one side for a while, but now I'm back.
