I love your sprites. They're quite good, considering they are (are they?) your first tries. Cammy with bow and sash is really good! For Franny, her arm is a bit too skinny, but the shading is pretty good. Iris with hat looks good, minus the slight arm muscle. For Feenie, he looks abit off... I dunno why.
Overall, these are really good! Keep on going!

however, I can't say same 'bout the eyes. That's the main problem.
Kay's eyes are just simply put too big for Pearls head.
You should add some more back of the head for her and make the eyes bit smaller.
Also: Pearlys eyes are also differnt shape.
She has more rounder eyes, than Kay with her eyelshes.
That's the start, but nothing worth to give Guilty Verdict, though.

The kid Rhoda and Cammy are fantastic love them
just Rhoda's lower torso looks a little bit too thin for my taste but that's nothing big and maybe just darker Cammy's eyes a bit 
All in all some lovable sprites, keep on the nice work

I like your other sprites reasonably well. Cammy w/ Sash, Sleeveless Frannie, and Front-Facing Rhoda are your best ones.
With Iris, her left (her left, ours right) shoulder seems... How do I put this... Bleh?
I love your Cammy Pink Princess, and your Young!Rhoda looks great too. With the Young!Cammy, try putting regular Cammy's eye on there, and then if that just doesn't work out, try imagining those eyes, but
All in all, for first sprites, these are AWESOME.
