So, I've been hanging around CR for awhile now, checking out other peoples sprites and I thought 'Hey, I bet I could do that.' So I tried, and these are the fruits of my labour so far

So, yeah...I had a lot of fun with this, and I hope to post more in the future
I`d be glad to hear any comments, concerns, constructive criticism and the like
I am open to taking requests, but I`m new at this so it will probably take awhile...Enjoy!
Edit:
-Fixed Young Polly's elbow, made Klavier less pillow-y and made their outlines lighter so they didn't look black
-Fixed Dottie's front facing sprites, so she actually had a forehead
-Added Vestless Apollo
-Added Neil
-Added Objection Bubbles
-Added Casual Apollo

Good job for a first time spriter! ^^

However... there are several things...

-On most of yer sprites, there are black outlines. As a general rule, you should not use black anywhere on a sprite. (Unless you were making pokemon sprites.)
-The elbow on Polly looks too jaggy, just smooth out and curve the line.
- On Klavy, there is evidence of pillow shading, just have one defined light source, preferably from the top left or something like that.

Other than that... good job! Keep practicing!

I can see what you mean about Polly's elbow
...but I barely used black anywhere...it's mostly dark brown :larry:
Umm, what do you mean by pillow shading?

Oh... it looks like black to me. :/

Pillow shading is when you shade outwards, so that the darker areas are around the outline, and the highlights are more towards the center.

I like your Young Apollo! I think it looks pretty cool. It looks a little weird though... his left arm is a little unnatural.
Dottie looks great! I could never do spriting... I think her eyes are a little to high up in the last 4 images, though.
Klavier in a Tres Bien outfit is pretty funny... reminds me of the time Phoenix suggested he could wear a waitress costume and Kudo would be looking at his legs...

The "floor is wet" one made me laugh.

If I had to give criticism though, it would be that Dottie's arms are a bit messed up. In the first one they're a bit too big and the shading on the first 3 is a bit wrong. And in the last 3, her face is a bit too high up so she doesn't have a forehead.

Nice job though!
