Lemmesee...

Rose's arms are strangely strained back, like it's wearing a straightjacket.
Look at Gant for reference.

Goliath's body is... "blocky", as I can say.
Try "smoothing" his outlines to go with his messy jacket.

Justin is the better out of three, just his right pocket of the "OK" pose is weird.
Maybe give him more expressions.

Overall, nice ones! Hope to see your improvements at the future! :will:

I'm no expert on sprites, but these seem pretty good for your first attempt. Keep practicing, and I'm sure you'll get better.
