yeah the proportions on the dectives sholders are strange. I tried to have him be very close to ace attorney style and they normally have big sholders, but I think I went over board and thus made his arms too long to :/anyway thanks for the comments!

Okay guys this is going to sound bad but here I go.
Its obvious these sprites aren't that popular by the number of posts. It's okay though I know things are slow what with people still coming back to the form after it shut down, but I does mean I won't be as fast in making them. Don't peg me as a comment begger or anything, because I'm trying not to sound like one. Anyway I think I might take a breif hiatuse from spriting because of this huge project my teacher dumped on me. (I still will have time to get on the form for the most part.)

The lawyer looks really good especially for a scratched sprite. Something bothers me about his right eye (left to us), but I can't place it. The shading is also really good, considering it's MS.Paint.
The prosecutor lady looks the oddest to me. Some of her proportions are a little strange, such as she has very broad shoulders for a woman, and her waist comes in very fast and comes out very slowly, which kind of makes her boobs look too big. I think if you fix the waist on that and make it longer and come in more slowly and then make the hips come out a little faster then she'll look great.

How is this i moved the shoulders in (which was a choir and a half) and spread out her waist and a few other tweaks
Also I played around with an old sprite today and I got this.

To be honest, I don't know what I meant about the cartoony thing. I really don't. But the eyes are off-center, is what I meant. I was being too vague at first, and for that, I apologize.

Here the next sprite as promised.
I think I like the coat but I'm not as sure about the face. He's supposed look really laid back and informal, so I didn't give him a tie and had him leave his coat on. I'm also unsure if I like the shading or not. He is a little unfinished at the bottom, but most of that will be covered up. I got the colors from Gregory, Badd, Lana, Kristoph, and Morgan.
I might build up and put a few more sprites all at one time up next!

Let's compare and contrast with Gummy's AAI sprite.
Gummy's coat has two shades to it-- one where the light hits it, and one where the light doesn't. There's a clear contrast between the two shades-- the second is noticeably darker than the first.
With this other guy, you've also got two shades going on, but they're practically identical. In addition, they're not placed in accordance with a light source. Rather, the darker shades seem to be lining the outlines. This tends to rob an image of the contrast that makes it pop.
The only other thing is that he looks very similar to that other guy you just posted.

Thank you for the critique! I defiantly see what your saying now. Once I either make or find a better color pallet I'll redo his shading entirely. I think I need to make in more of an AA style instead of an AAI using only 3 or 4 colors and that should help maybe. I didn't notice him looking like the other guy until now but yeah I see than now. I think might change his hair color and his facial expression to look a little more malicious and sleazy. Thanks for the advice!
