I took the color scheme from the bit of his jacket on the profile, as for the lapel, it's a recolor of Grey's, which already was a bit funky, so the darker coloring didn't help. I might try fixing it, but for now I'm working on the mouth.

AAI sprites also use much more colours than the three colour palette of your outfit. The colours here do not blend well. Lightening the darkest colour should fix that.
