It's a good start, the cravat looks too much like a tie though, instead of sharp angles, try using slight curves, like an upside-down parabola.

I'd recommend changing his arms as well, to make it less like Shelly de Killer

Adding up with what Percei said, you should try switiching his arms with either Gant's or Zak's (4-4).
