Long Ago I started this spriting thread, but was quickly turned off by my dissatisfaction with my art. After long grinding, I feel ready to get back in this shit! (I'm keeping my old avatar as a self-reminder that everyone improves)

AND IT HAPPENED AGAIN

This time I tried turning my drawing into an actual sprite, Although I feel it isn't capturing it too well...

Would it be better to color the drawing, resize and clean up?ยก What do AA artists do, anyways...

It's better then something I could do.
Are all your sprites going to be in the same style?

GenoWhirl24? That you? O_o

Staying on-topic, that looks rather good, despite its lack of shading... I think shrinking the arm would be in order, though.

Also, yes, we can fuckin' swear on C-R, as long as no one takes offense.

Or at the very least I think so...

Year bump, cuz I think I finally got to that point where I don't cringe...much at my art.
Will I finally do more than one sprite before dissapearing!?

Trust me; you don't like to know the effort in breakdowns...
Though...It also depends on what kinda animation you want to make.
Really complex one or not, or you might cheat with poses like in Daryans breakdown or...Well you get the idea.

But on to work now; I guess.

Meh...Pretty much what I always say but; lines could use some cleaning and...Not straight black on the lines; thank you.
Some pixels on the eyelines are still dark; personally I'd edit the eyelines the same color as the chin too, in this case (and most); brown.
Also; the brown you chose is pretty close to that one shade of red you used; so I'd prefer to use that red on the chin and other skin lines instead of the brown.
Ones you clean the lines it'll be easy to fool the eye etc.

One more thing; the background still has dark dots here and there.

Meh...So goes the world.
Just work, work, work and work.
