Some other things I noticed was that you never recoloured the bottom of the outfit (Intentional or not, I'm not sure ^^). Oh, and if she's not a Fey, then why does have the Magatama? You could probably change it in to a star or something, that would look cool!
(By the way, this was all in good mind. I'm not bringing you down, I'm just trying to help you, since you did ask ^_^ I like to help and give opinions!)

That's pretty good for a first timer sprite, you managed to keep the colours stable. She's really cute. It gets alot easier once you get used to it.
One thing I would suggest though is to get rid of Megatama (In case you don't know, it's the little 9-looking thingy on her neck.)
