Uhh... animation is very smooth but the graphics make the animation wonky. Nice work!

I'd put some shading underneath the scarf. As it is, it looks like it's floating.

Also, might want to finish up the left sleeve. He needs some kind of armpit or seam between the sleeve and the rest of the shirt. You have that in the bottom picture, but not really in the top one.

Hmm... And I don't know... Switching back and forth between the two, it looks like part of his neck disappeared in the second picture.

It's a good start though. Does the character have a name yet?
