Second, you need to add some shading and make sure that all of the joints arw in the right places, some of them have un-human poses (Like the arm in the first sprite)

Nah, But seriously. The first sprite is supposed to be like that because he's stretching the hoody arm.
Sencond of all, I've already shaded it so if you don't like it then don't use it.

And you need to make the shading more visible, but don;t over-do it.
And add highlights, aswell.
Also, if he's streching it out, there should be wrinkles.I'm not the best here about this, but I'd say you still have alot to learn.

I don't really see the difference between the two first sprites... Should there be any?
But other than that, that is good sprite to be the first hand-drawn sprite. But as usual, it still needs work.
